All support groups require a signed confidentiality agreement for privacy of member participation.
Groups are either open, semi-open or closed. Open groups allow new members at anytime. Semi-open groups take in new members on set weeks after the group has been notified. Closed groups will not take in new members once it is started, and those desiring to participate in the group will be put on the waiting list for the next start date.
Online support groups require a microphone and speakers as groups are voice participation. Please have a quiet location where you can have privacy and if there is significant noise, please mute your microphone until you wish to speak. Headsets help to reduce static and noise.
Support Groups are not a substitute for professional treatment and participants are encouraged to be in counseling or under the care of a psychiatrist if possible. These groups and workshops are designed to compliment professional treatment.
Here are the groups available throughout the year. All groups are scheduled in Eastern time.
