Trauma Focused Inpatient Treatment Programs

We do not recommend any particular inpatient program, but provide this as a resource list only.  When contacting an inpatient unit, ask questions that would be helpful to you and your treatment.  It may be beneficial to make the call together with your therapist to inquire about the program.  **Links open into new windows.

Related Trauma Issues

There are many related issues to trauma as well.  Some individuals turn to negative coping skills to dull the pain they are experiencing, while some of these issues are a result of the trauma experienced.  Having these diagnoses or issues do not mean someone has experienced a trauma.
